Destiny Board Question Posed by a Player.

Information:  I'm a level one Yu-Gi-Oh! Judge, a level one Tournament Organizer.  One of my regular players, who uses the Destiny Board/Spirit Messages in her deck, asked me if when a piece of the message ((Be it Destiny Board, or one of the Spirit Messages)) is destroyed, does it destroy only the message pieces on the field, or does it remove the pieces in your deck and hand as well?

What I said: I told her that it would only destroy the cards on the field, but she wanted an official call from someone.  ((Or get in on the official site for visibility.))   She has unfortunately received mixed messagers from judges she has played under.  My call on it has always been consistent, but will change if I have been incorrect.

well what Dboard does is that when its on the field it lets you play messages, but when it gets destroyed all the messages played will be destroyed with it.

Not the ones in the deck because they werent played.

also, im not sure what everybody else knows about this and i would seriously like to know my self. does Dboard have to be in precise order?

FINAL or can it be FNIAL or FANIL or NILFA

whats the deal with this?

As far as I'm aware, placing a Spirit Message is optional. The important part is that the cards are played F-I-N-A-L in order of being placed on the field, not their physical position while on the field.

The effect of Destiny Board is not optional. If you have a space at the end of your opponent's turn and Destiny Board is not being negated, you must put the next Spirit Message on the field.
