I've been playing around and tweaking this deck for fun play lately, (I don't have the Destiny Draws or Crush Card [at least yet, Gold Series might change that] to actually play it in anything other than the DS game,) but it's really fast, and really fun, especially if you know how to play it. It probably can't compete with Dark Armed Dragon decks' speed, but it does compete with just about any other current decktype.
Monsters: (22)
5+ Stars: (11)
1x Dark Magician of Chaos
2x Destiny Hero - Dasher
1x Destiny Hero - Dogma
3x Destiny Hero - Plasma
2x Jinzo
2x The Creator
1-4 Stars: (11)
1x Destiny Hero - Disk Commander
2x Destiny Hero - Fear Monger
1x Elemental Hero - Stratos
1x Morphing Jar
3x Phantom of Chaos
1x Sangan
1x Snipe Hunter
1x Treeborn Frog
Spells: (15)
1x Brain Control
3x Destiny Draw
2x Foolish Burial
1x Heavy Storm
1x Monster Reborn
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Premature Burial
2x Reinforcement of the Army
1x Scapegoat
2x Trade-In
Traps: (3)
1x Crush Card Virus
1x Mirror Force
1x Torrential Tribute
The biggest object of the deck is to speed through it, getting the graveyard filled quickly with the optimal cards, for Phantom of Chaos to take advantage of. Dasher's special summoning effect is godly most of the time, and Treeborn is obviously extremely useful as well. Prime picks for Phantom of Chaos are Plasma and Creator, both usually giving great advantage, while often times not leaving you very open to Phantom turning to 0 ATK at your end phase. Crush Card does help immensely with that, of course, but it's not uncommon to have Treeborn and Disk Commander on the field, turn Phantom into Plasma and suck up the opponent's monster, then tribute all 3 off for Dogma even. Best part of that is you won't even need to attack that turn unless the field is completely open, it's not uncommon to have that happen on your second turn and just sit there and halve your opponent's life. The deck is extremely flexible, and you could easily shoot through more than half in your first 2-3 turns.
Side deck should have a couple Lightning Vortexes, and enough S/T removal to deal with Macro, other than that, whatever you make of it.
