k, don't know but I'm sure most of you have seen this kind of deck so I won't bother to explain since it's, well ...self-explainatory: )
(rate & fix please)

Dude, try playing this... and you'll find out that it won't work.

Seriously. It's like trying to play Chimeratech OTK after the March Banlist. (i.e. with 1x Future/Overload/Dimension/Trunade, it's just not possible)

Diamond Dude Turbo NEEDS it's 3x Stratos and 3x Dimension Fusion. The point is to get +1 card advantage with the Divine Sword (And thus pay for the discard cost for Lightning Vortex, Magical Stone, and Graceful Charity) and those removed warriors will come back with Dimension Fusion. 1x Dimension Fusion already kills the deck. (And no, Return does NOT replace this deck theme. Why, cause it suppose to reuse Dimension Fusion over and over with DMoC, Magical Stone, and even pot-luck Diamond Dude with not paying 2000LP if you top-deck it with it's effect. RftDD is a trap so it doesn't work in this theme.)

ANother words, it's just not gunna work. Make another style of D-Hero deck.

Not to mention I'm not seeing Monster Gate. I mean, that's the point of Monster Gate, so that people don't guess correctly with Reasoning. And ya know, this deck runs Malicious so that you don't have to worry about lack of tributes. (Monster Gate is better then Reasoning in this deck)

And 3x E-Emergency Call? Why? It only have 1x STRATOS. (Remember, it ONLY searchs E-Heros, and Stratos is the only one) when ther ewas 3x Stratos, 1~2x Emergency Call made sense for a twist, but with 1x Stratos... just stick with ROTA man. THere's alot of stuff wrong, and even WITH the fixes, this deck theme just can't survive the new banlist. They killed it for a reason. (Too annoyingly powerful, like Chimeratech OTK. It's been running havoc in Japan, so they don't want it here.)

Besides, your not suppose to run Cyber Dragons anyway.
 
yeah, I only noticed several big mistakes just now. But hey, this decklist was really 2min work so cut me some slack :)
 
I'd say it's harder to do, but I wouldn't say impossible. Stratos will still grab you a Destiny Hero, and DMoC, Magical Stone Excavation/Spell Reproduction will still get your Dimension Fusion. With Monster Gate and Reasoning it wouldn't be hard to mill your deck and get to that Dimension Fusion.
