Mmm.. let's have a look. First: throw out those rotten (sorry I say, but they are) Dark Snake Syndromes. As once already said somewhere on this forum, you must really be out of options to use it in a Deck.

A option for Ameba: Book of Moon. To flip it face-down, and then use it again.

+ 1 Book of Moon

Since the Poison of the Old Man is helpful, but not necessary, I think you can drop 1 Poison of the Old Man.

Oh yes: the Dark Snake Syndrom is now away, so you can at last drop 1 Barrel Behind the Door. But keep 1 as a back-up, when you opponent would make it to flip Ameba face-down and face-up to Shift control to you...

To be honest, I wasn't gonna use Dark Snake Syndrom in the first place. When I showed the deck to a friend however, he suggested it and I figured it wouldn't hurt so I threw it in. I'll have to look around to find the post about it to know more what you're talking about. Anyways, thanks for the suggestion.
