Divine Wrath + Exodia?

Okay, I wouldn't have thought of this question, but from what I've seen of the rulings, Divine wraith seems to negate every other non-constant effect monster, so would it be possible to negate an instant win with Exodia using Divine Wrath?

Sorry, no can do

"Is the effect of "Exodia the Forbidden One" considered
a Multi-trigger effect, a Continuous effect, or merely
a "Condition"? I've always been told it was a
Multi-Trigger effect since you could claim victory if
you achieved all 5 pieces in your hand during either
player's turn. But if it is a Multi-Trigger effect,
couldn't the other player activate "Divine Wrath" to
negate the effect of "winning" and in the process
destroy "Exodia the Forbidden One" and dropping it in
the Graveyard?

Thanks in advance.

Answer:

Not a chance.

The player gets all 5 pieces of Exodia in their hand. They win. The duel is over.

What are you chaining to? "

From the Judge List :)

You cannot chain "Divine Wrath" to "Exodia the Forbidden One", the effect never activates

Victory is met under conditions, that's why the effect does not "activate". Think of it as a Continuous Effect while Exodia the Forbidden One is in a player's hand.

Makes sense. I guess this means no cheap Exodia cards then. *sigh* ;)
