Divine Wrath & Injection Fairy Lily

Ok, I am pretty sure you can activate Divine Wrath to IFL's effect. But please confirm that you can in fact do this. Also, if you can, will the opponent still have to pay the 2000 life points?

Yes you can chain "Divine Wrath" to the activation of "Injection Fairy Lily"'s effect. Since paying 2000 life points is the cost to activate the effect, it would have already been paid and they're out of luck.

Also, even though you are in the damage step a replay would occur due to the change of monsters on the field

No!

A replay CANNOT occur once you are in the damage calculation step. Otherwise you could use "Mystic Swordsman LVx" over and over and over to destroy every face-down monster and claim "replay".
