Okie, so yeah, rate and fixey pleasey please? *puppy eyes* ;_; XD

Um... where to begin.

1) Masked Dragon can fetch what else besides itself in this deck? Might as well just run ye old Nimble Momonga for what Masked Dragon gains you in the current build.

2) You're running Ritual monsters with no way to search for them? Granted it may sound like a cliche but Ritual decks pretty much need Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands at the very least.

3) The deck theme really is more of a beatdown than a Dragon theme. Actually it's about 4 themes in one. It really is a bit over the place. You really need to pick 1 theme (be it the Beatdown, the Ritual, the Dragon, the BEWD specifically, etc.) on concentrate on that.

Yeah, if your gunna add Masked Dragon, then Twin-Headed Behemoth is pretty much a must. I THINK he's using Masked Dragon for ritual fodder for Paladin... but yeah, Manju does a way better job.

I think that you are banking your money way too much on the blue eyes. Yes they are a nice 3000 atk monster but no effect to protect him anyone with a monarch deck are going to eat them up.
Second if you get someone who uses that trap card to send it back to your hand, you are in a bit of trouble.
Think of it this way, what if you drew 2 paladin of white dragons, a blue eyes with two random cards it will be game over pretty quick. If you are looking to work with the blue eyes, try this. Kaibaman, kaiser seahorse x2. I would get rid of the spear dragon altogether.
for a 1900 trample monster that goes to defense. (not worth it.)
Mirage dragon is alot more effective because of its effect.
I would get rid of the exiled, peg soldier, and breaker for a few of the armed dragons lv3 & 5 and add dragons rage(trap) for the trample effect. thats a few for now. also a sangan or a "last will" will help to get kaibaman out there.
lord of D is a must for any dragon deck alot with the flute magic card.
