Draining Sheild versus Cyber Twin Dragon

The Scenario:

Player 1 summons Cyber Twin Dragon and makes First attack.
Player 2 Has Draining Shield set and activates it.

Does Player 1 get another attack with CTD or does it stop it from getting its Second attack???


Does Draining Sheild work like Kuriboh, and only stops its first attack.
So cards like CTD, Matza Zapper get to still attack twice?

I have bet a pack of Cigarettes on it being able to still get the second attack in!!!

Draining Shield will only stop 1 attack. Cyber Twin Dragon will still be able to attack a second time (as would any other monster that could attack more than once).
