Drillago IOC-026

When there are only face-up monsters with ATK 1600 or more on your opponent's side of the field, this monster can attack your opponent's Life points directly.

Well at first I thought this was a great card... until I realised any facedown monster or S/T would render it rather useless.. urk..
So anyone have any way of using this card properly?

Well in terms of cards in the moster zone, Light of intervention takes care of your opponent trying to stop its effect in this manner. For the S/T zone, its kind of hard to say what exactly can continously keep your opponent from having face down S/T.

And with card called 'Shadow Killer' in the newest jap booster, coming out sometime in the near future, Drillago will see even less play since this card clearly refers to the cards in the monster zone and is much easier to work with since it doesn't care if they're face up or face down.

its alright

The card is ok. people usually play monsters with some high attack points, but also the defensive cards are usually not that defensive but just Effect monsters that will kill the card anyway. It is ok to play if you need it for space. but i wouldn't keep it in a deck for long.
