Duel Terminals?

Ok, so as I may have said before I am an old school duelist who got reintroduced to the game around the time of elemental Heros and then lost connection again because not to many people around me play, not even the little kids, but then again, how weird would it look to a mother if an 18 yr old came walkin' up to there little kid, "Wanna duel?!" Anyway... so I was lookin' at some stuff and got rather confused with some things.

What is a Duel Terminal... are they booster packs, does the list of cards I am lookin' at actually come out to America, and if so has anyone seen the sets for the Duel Terminals of Demon God Roar Revival and Invasion of Worms.

Essentially, it's a machine that scans cards and displays the monsters on-screen, somewhat like any Duel Disk or holographic duelling field from the first season (I don't know if they have a specific name).

The catch is that they can only scan cards that have special, practically invisible codes printed on them.

A bunch of new cards were invented just for use with the Duel Terminal, and some existing cards were reprinted to be compatible with them. All the new cards so far are only available in the OCG. I don't know if they'll eventually come out in the TCG (although I'm hoping they will - more cards is more cards).
