Can someone be nice enough to tell me how you earn points and why you would want to and how do you upgrade your "rating", I see mine is gamer wannabe?

Thanks.

Greets Advocate! Welcome to the City!

I'll admit I've been a wayward traveler from my home here since work is blocking my access. That said, I'm sure you're going to really enjoy things here. As for points, you typically get them by continuing to post and respond to threads here in the City. There is a feature where somebody else can donate points, should they feel led to.

As your thread count increases so will your "rating" under your name. Additionally, with enough points, you can customize this title yourself. There should be something in your profile or the main page about accessing the "bank" and "store" to do these things.

I hope this helps. Enjoy your time in CoG!

The title gamer wannabe will change every 50 posts i think i can't remember the order of it all and as Dillie-O said you can change it to what ever you like if you have enough points

Thank you gentlemen, I look forward to the City and improving my game as I enjoy playing theme decks and despise the cookie cutters.

Then you should really enjoy it here. Do you have a specific theme (I seem to be hooked on Fiends. ;) ) that you prefer? Digital Jedi has also created an alternate site dedicated to being anti-CC. The link is in my sig.

EDIT: Doh! I forgot to add the link for the thread stating how points are used and accumulated.

Lately I've been hooked on variations of a water deck and I love the dark world monsters. It doesn't bother me to lose to members of the group who I duel when I'm trying new stuff because I know if I wanted to I could put together the standard 42-43 beatdown but that takes the fun out of it for me. My latest project is a dinosaur/reptile deck. I also enjoy playing cards that no one else uses just so I can say I used it, I mean who else wants to run a Tongyo. I do have this thing about trying to play each card just because it's there.
