The updated text for Electric Snake does not say "you can draw 2 cards from your deck", making the effect mandatory instead of optional. But the description on the Japanese version makes it optional.
And for Mask of Dispel, the Japanese version says it does damage during the opponent's Standby Phases. But there was an update for the English version saying it's during yours. (Though it's not listed in the new errata list so maybe this one no longer counts).
