There arent any rulings for this card. Might help if you were more specific with what you wanted to know.

His effect is "basically" the same as Guardian Angel Joan's, only your opponent takes the attack points as damage, plus he gains 300 attack for every E-Hero in the Graveyard of the controller.

Dont know what else could be an issue. Like most monster's that have an effect that activates when they send a monster to the Graveyard as a result of Battle, he would have to still be face-up on the field in order to activate his effect after the monster is sent during the "Send to Graveyard" portion of the Damage Step.

his last effect is *exactly* the same as 'Elemental Hero Flame Wingman''s, so read its rulings and post what you don't understand.
as for his first effect... what, you don't understand the attack boost?

1- the it is considered EFFCT damage so i can use Barrel Behind the Door on it?

2- the booster effct is continuous i assume?
