now wait a sec here, my opp. that played me said that Anubuis effect is countious and Sangan is a Trigger effect.
so here is the chain that i thought up.
The End of Anubis
Attrib: Dark
Type: Fiend/Effect
Level:6
Atk: 2500
Def: 0
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all effects of Spell, Trap, and Monster Cards that designate a card(s) in the Graveyard or that activate in the Graveyard are negated.
Sangan is a graveyard effect, what's the doubt in here?
You trib Sangan, Sangan goes to grave, Anubis enters, Sangan effect, effect fades off because of Anubis that it's now in play.
Everyone agrees with me?

You trib Sangan, Sangan goes to grave, Anubis enters, Sangan effect, effect fades off because of Anubis that it's now in play. You can, for easy understanding, say that the trib/summon is done at the same time, but in fact, the trib is done before the sumoning, you're replacing a monster and using is energy to sumon a new monster in it's place.
Everyone agrees with me?
What's important here is that there is no chain involved as Continuous Effects do not form a chain. The End of Anubis' effect is immediately activate before Sangan can resolve. It would be different if Anubis effect activated and resolved, but since he's Continuous, his effect is just on as soon as he comes into play. o there is no resolution of chain to play around with in this situation.
