End Phase

My turn progresses to main phase 2, I set a magic or trap. I declare my end phase, my opponent states that before I end my turn he will MST my card. Now after that is done can I set another magic or trap, or does my turn end?

Since you normally can only set Spell/Trap Cards during your Main Phase 1 and Main Phase 2, you would not be able to set another S/T during your End Phase so your turn would just end.
