Exiled Force: does its effect activate in graveyard?

While Skill Drain is active on the field, the effect of Exiled Force still works because it is no longer on the field at the resolution, The same for Horus LV6, right?

Does it means those effects activate in the graveyard? And can The End of Anubis negate those effects?

Another question: are maintenance costs negated while Skill Drain is active on the filed? Card registry says they are not negated, but Netrep 6.0 says they are negated...

As you've said yourself here, they resolve in the Graveyard, but they activate on the field, Skill Drain can't negate the activation of effects, only the resolution and so if the monster's no longer on the field when it's effect resolves Skill Drain won't negate it.

Skill Drain doesn't negate the costs of cards, otherwise Exiled Force couldn't work when Skill Drain was active since tributing itself is a cost.

Maintenence cost are not negated.

An example would be Jinzo and Imperial Order.

The End of Anubis will not negate the effects of Exiled Force/Horus the Black Flame Dragon Lv6.

As daivahataka stated that there effects activate on the field, but resolve in the graveyard. It doesn't neccessarily mean that they are graveyard effects.

Thank you, but the main question is about Exiled Force/Horus LV6 and The End of Anubis. Can you answer?

The End of Anubis would not negate these effects because they do not activate in the Graveyard. They activate on the field and resolve in the Graveyard.

I know this is a nit pik be the truth is that they do not resolve in the Graveyard perse...they are activated and resolved on/from the field.

Ignition Effects become seperate from the objects (monsters) that generate them, so Exiled Force does not need to be present on the field in order for its effect to resolve. The only special cases of this are when the monster is required to take part in the effect or be face-up (ie. TER/Rel).

Hope that helps

In the case there is instead on the field 'the end of anubis', and do I send 'peten the dark clown' to the graveyard, is its effect activated to the graveyard and therefore cannot I remove him/it?

Peten's effect triggers in the Graveyard, so The End of Anubis will negate it.
