exodia deck (need help) fixs!!!

hey guys,
I finally got done with my exodia deck but i cant seem to get exodia out fast enough and the stall in the deck isnt helping alot...
please any fixes are welcomed.. THERE ARE SOME CARDS THAT I MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO GET//(BUDGET)

I would add a Tsukuyomi to help all your flip effect monsters re-use their effects. I would also take out one skelengel and replace it with another Dekoichi, so if they get NOC'd, you would still have two sets monsters that lets you draw a card if it gets flipped. Another card to take out is Mystic Tomato. It only has one card it can summon (besides itself) that you would want to summon. Graceful Charity is another card that I would add in.

If I were to make changes, I would:
- Mystic Tomato
+ Tsukuyomi

- 2 Upstart Goblin
+1 Magical Mallet (the one listed in your decklist)
+1 Graceful Charity

- 2 Reload
+ 2 Messenger of Peace

- 1 Jar of Greed, or some other card. You need to drop your card count to 40, and Jar of Greed is the equivalent of having the next card during your opponents turn. It does make for good spell/trap bait, but you need this deck to be closer to 40 cards.

because not all of his monsters are normal... Heart of the Underdog is only useful in a full salvo OTK deck now.
