Ok, heres an easy question.

Can you set field spell cards face-down on the field? (ie, like set it as a bluff in a normal spot that a FD s/t card would go.)

Just wondering.... i had a brain fart. >< XD

Yes, it's the same as any spell card.

But if you set it, it must be set in the field card zone, not your usual m/t zone.

Additional tidbit: Your opponent's field card will be destroyed by a set field card on your field.

Your opponent's active field card will only be destroyed when you activate your field spell card, not when you set one.

The new rulebook brings another clarification, this time about Field Spell Cards. If you control a Field Spell Card, you can activate or Set a new Field Spell, and destroy your own old one. This corrects the error found in version 4.0 of the rulebook.
