Flip Summon Monsters

1)Which monsters are classified as flip summoned monsters?
All monsters with 'flip effect' (including nightmare penguin, swarm of locusts, swarm of scarabs)
or
Only those that start with "Flip: *Effect*"

2)When ceasefire is activated, does nightmare penguin/swarm 's effect get activated?

3) When nobleman of crossout is activated, are the nightmare penguin/swarm type of 'flip effect' monsters counted as those which the players must shuffle through decks to remove from play?

p. 14
"I. Flip
Flip effect monsters are easily identified by the word "FLIP" at the beginning of their card description."

Cards like Swarm of Scarabs are "trigger effects", who's trigger just happens to be "when this card is flipped face-up" or "when this card is flip summoned" (or simmilar text). They are not treated the same as a "Flip effect" when rulings are used.

In the case of Ceasfire, you will need to read the card text to see if the card's effect will activate. If the trigger is "when this card is flipped face-up" then yes, it's effect would trigger, since that is exactly what happened. If the effect reads "when this card is flip summoned" then it will not activate from a Ceasfire, since being flipped face-up due to effect or battle is not the same as a manual flip summon.

just to add:

Flip Summon is the act of flipping a monster from Face-Down defence position to face-up attack position MANUALLY. Book of Taiyou does not flip summon a monster, it flips the monster instead (which is not considered a summon, hence Swarms will not get their effects)

Correct. "Nightmare Penguin"'s effect will start a new chain if it is flipped by "Ceasefire". "Nightmare Penguin" currently is the only card like that since it can be flipped by any means and have its effect activate.

Royal Keeper has similar text:

You can flip this card into face-down Defense Position once per turn during your Main Phase. When this card is flipped face-up, increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 300 points until the end of the turn that this card is flipped face-up.

Royal Keepers effect boost would also start a new chain if flipped by Ceasefire.
