Another review. This card, is an old classic that people wanted for a LONG TIME. It's not "Broken" or anywhere near limitations, but it's a gosh darn good effect for any specific need or combo decks that got to do with anything with the graveyard.

SD13-EN019
Foolish Burial
Spell - Normal
Select one Monster from your Deck and send it to your Graveyard.
Afterwards, shuffle your Deck.
---------------
Now, what does this do. Hand advantage wise, it IS a -1... usually. Cause you use an effect, and nothing happens at all on field or hand. This card is not a 1 for 1 trade in monster wise either. So why is it good, it's mainly for the seach ability that you WANT it in the graveyard. And with careful selection in specific decks, it equals out a either -0 or even +1.
Now, the OBVIOUS first pick in everybody's head is Treeborn Frog. That thing is always +1 in grave and with the 2x NoCs, people are trying to not set him, but just always discard him straight to the grave instead like with Wing Blast, Lightning Vortex, etc. (Or in the good old days, Graceful Charity) First turn Foolish Burial for Frog means evil for Monarch decks. (Also Dandylion if we had one) But there are other good targets. Namely cards like D-Hero Disk Commander, D-Hero Malicious, or Green Baboon. If you go beyond that, even D-Hero Dasher, DMoC, Jinzo are also good. Almost anything is good if you have a CotH/Preme ready for this card for comboing. Or even something like Il Blud for Zombie decks since they got 3x Book of Life for the support. The possibilities are limitless as long as you get creative.
A fun card that's a potential -0 or +1. Doesn't do much if there's a big hand or field problem. (one of the bad topdecks if you ran out of cards... unless we can pick dandylion, which we can't) But definately one of the best card ever for combo set-ups.
Definately the #1 card that's coming out in the next structure deck.
-----
In the end, I give this card a
9 out of 10
Staple? Nope. Needs a deck that you want to dump something. But good, yes very. Mainly cause there's so much graveyard effects in YGO and this is the best s/t support for graveyard fueling next to Painful Choice (Which is banned) Unlike Card Trooper, which is pot luck for graveyard fueling, with this card, you get to pick THE card you want for graveyard fueling.
