I was just looking over the site I buy my cards for and they have something called a Forbidden Legacy Pack. It has

1 Unlimited Blue Eyes White Dragon Booster Pack

1 Unlimited Metal Raiders Booster Pack

1 Unlimited Spell Ruler Booster Pack

1 Exclusive Yugioh Promo Card

Is this something new? and whats the exclusive card?

There are 3 variant/exclusive cards that come with it. It's luck of the draw since you don't know which one you're getting. "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", "Dark Magician" and "Kuriboh". The booster packs are all the reprinted packs that came in the Master Collection 1, so they'll all have the EN before the number.

Wow! I bought two packs of this last night and pulled the LOB-EN Exodia Head, the MRD-EN Barrel Dragon and the SRL-EN Megamorph! I am VERY happy about this! I may just have to keep buying these just for the ultras!..lol.

Beginners luck!! lol I saw a bunch of them last might when I was at Walmart. Unfortunately, I was there looking for Elemental Energy, so needless to say, my whole shopping experience was deflated when they didn't have any.

I was almost tempted to buy a set, but when I looked up at the merchandise hangers and saw all the Metal Raiders, Spell Rulers, and Legend of Blue-Eyes White Dragon packs for sale, again, I was highly unmotivated to buy anything (although I wouldnt mind pulling another Cyber Jar just for grins and giggles).

Well, my problem is this...I collect these stoopid cards. And I consider the EN reprints to be a different series than the original ones. So even though I have complete sets of the original sets, I am working to complete the EN reprint sets now, which, btw, sucks. The only way I know to get these cards is either from the Master Collection 1, or now from Forbidden Legacy, or by trading for them, which is VERY unlikely to find people who have good EN reprints. Other than that, I have no clue how to tell the difference between an original MRD booster pack and the EN reprinted ones...do you?

Actually, they are sometimes a different stock of card material and coloring. I could give someone a bunch of each card and toss them on the floor face-up and without looking for the EN, I could probably pick them all out by appearance alone.

My Super Rare Gearfriend EN version looks entirely different than the regular American version.

I think it's the packing he wants to be able to tell apart, not the cards within (hopefully he can manage that feat on his own:p ).
