Forced requisition & Bait Doll

if i have a Forced Requisition on the field and on my next turn use a Bait Doll will Forced Requisition be destroyed, or will the timing of the activation be correct for it?

i think i know but i wont to make sure

The timing is incorrect. It can only be activate if there is a discard. Even though you dont have to pay any cost for a card to be activated (and in some cases, it still destroys the card because no cost is paid), Forced Requisition doesn't have a Cost, so it must be correctly activated per its effect.

Actually, woo0, you do have to pay the costs, if you are able to, when a card is forcibly activated by "Bait Doll".
