Started trying for a Mokey Mokey build but noticed that UDE has not released some of the low-level Fairies like Happy Lover and Hourglass of Life. Then tried to make a Level 1 Beatdown, but couldn't find a Level 1 WIND monster, which sucks.

Haven't really tested this out, but the general strategies are
a) Send peewees into graveyard to fuel Chaos Necromance

b) Human-Wave Tactics and Enchanting Fitting Room to form swarm, which can lead to...
b-i) Fuh-Rin-Ka-Zan or Elemental Burst
b-ii) Sword of the Soul-Eater for a 4000 ATK Level 1
b-iii) Triangle Power for OTK

The big problem I see in this deck is it getting eaten up by beefier swarm. WTB (Warrior Toolbox) especially comes to mind. You have the one Level Limit B, but once that's gone you're just counting on Swords. Scapegoats can stall for either four turns or one depending on the number of attacking monsters, and you don't have a MoF to fetch Spells once they're used/destroyed.

FRKZ is best effective in a deck built around it. Otherwise, it's kind of a dead draw for you. If you're field is set for your OTK (which I'm not really seeing since with Sword of the Soul-Eater + Triangle Power = 6000 atk) then what would be the point of drawing FRKZ or Elemental Burst? The decktypes aren't really compatible. I'd suggest either going with a FRKZ/Burst deck OR Normal weenie rush...just not both.

Hmm, I see your point.

In regards to Sword of the Soul Eater and Triangle Power, the technique is not to use both together. With a clear field and 4 Level 1 monsters, it's an OTK with Triangle Power.

I guess I can't really know the extent of this deck's usefulness until I can actually test it...

have you thought of using Roids?? I think they seem to have good swarmability AND protection built in.... plus you can find all the elements you need for Fuh-Rin-Ka-Zan .... Im thinking I may try it out in my ROID deck...

Have you considered a Homunculus for that last element that you may be missing at any givien point? Maybe side deck him if thecombos aren't coming so fast?

Homunculus the Alchemic Being
Effect Monster (Plant / LIGHT / 4 Stars / ATK 1800 / DEF 1600)
Once per turn, you can change the Attribute of this monster.

Well, as pointed out earlier, the Fuh-Rin-Ka-Zan won't be the key card of the deck.

I seriously have to try this deck out... speculations can only get me so far... Now if only I had the damn time...

What's really funny is that when telling people about Mind Crush, I always used Dancing Elf as an example of what to declare, because, "Nobody uses that card!" Well, thannks a lot! Now I have to change it to something else!

Hey, how about Sonic Duck with demotion? Just a thought.

Mind Crush is best used with Eye of Truth + Bad Reaction to Simochi. XD
As for naming cards that people absolutely never use, try Boo Koo or Haniwa. Most often people will go, "Wha-? Does that card really exist?"

I decided against Demotion seeing how (potentially) difficult it is to get a good combo going. I don't want to be held up just because I can't get an equip spell that works with only 3 of my monsters.

Thinking about it, with Sonic Duck, Mad Lobster, and Jerry Beans Man, all that's left is a Level 3 monster with just about the same ATK and things would look really interesting...

You have to name a card that exists in the game, although if you really want to play it safe just call "Exodia the Forbidden One".
