Fusion monster return from Graveyard

Hello

I am trying to get a Fusion Deck together (see other post about Cyber Dragon & Blue Eyes Fusion) but am now getting confused about some of the cards. Please help. If you know of a useful article someone has already written, please let me know as well.

1. If a Fusion monster is summoned to the field by means other than normal Fusion Summon (ie by using cards such as Summoner of Illusions, The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion etc), and that Fusion Monster is destroyed, can it be brought back to the field by cards such as Call of the Haunted?

Can it be brought back by Re-Fusion?

Can it be brought back by The Shallow Grave?

2. How about if the Fusion Monster was summoned by using cards such as Fusion Gate and King of the Swamp etc?

3. With Fusion Recovery, who will remember whether my Fusion Material Monster was actually used for a Fusion Summon or just simply sent to the Garveyard from the field? Can I also bring back cards such as King of the Swamp with this card since it was actually used for the Fusion?

I will probably have further questions after I get some responses so I thank you in advance.

1. Fusion monsters Special Summoned by effects rather than by proper Fusion Summon generally cannot be Special Summoned from the graveyard via Re-Fusion, Premature Burial, Call of the Haunted, etc. The exception to the rule is of course VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon.
2. Using Fusion Gate and King of the Swamp (as a fusion substitute) are both proper methods of Fusion Summon.

3. Fusion Recovery must target a monster that was used for proper Fusion Summon and a Polymerization in order to resolve properly. If King of the Swamp was used in a proper Fusion Summon, then it is a legal target for Fusion Recovery.
