When summoning shining flare wingman do i have to fuse sparkman with flame wingman or can i just fuse avian,burst,and sparkman to form him?

You have to fuse the monsters listed on the card: so Sparkman and Flame Wingman. You CANT substitute Avian and Burstinatrix for Flame Wingman. But you can use a Fusion Substitute monster like King of the Swamp.

So:
Sparkman + Flame Wingman -> OK
Sparman + Avian + Burstinatrix -> NO
Sparkman + King of the Swamp -> OK
