ok - here is one idea i've been toying with...but have not tried...
i like gearfried and airknight both alot and thought the blasts might keep airknight around a bit...cyberdragon and spell strikers are available... i only have 1 iron blacksmith and 2 smoke grenades ... i think the boys raided my stash... but i'm workin on a couple more...
any thoughts?

i've even toyed withidea of dmoc, dasher, airknight, gearfried, cyber dragon, spell striker all to try to put toghther a disruptive, drawing, topheavy deck... but even sorting cards on playmati'm not seeingit - may very well bee too much for one deck....so - since i tend to like what you have to say/think and you made public offer....... :D
Wow, I had no idea my "Deck Builder for Hire" idea would take off so quickly. I've gotten 4 requests already, but so far "cuzwbd" has given me the most information to work with, and that's what we'll start with.

So we want to try to find a way to work Airknight Parshath in with Gearfried the Iron Knight... Not necessarily an easy task considering there's no immediate theme to tie them together. I see them both as being aggressive monsters since both have plump stats, so that's the direction I went with. We'll win by attacking or die trying.

Count: 40

Tribute Monsters:
Airknight Parshath x2
Cyber Dragon x2

Non-Tribute Monsters:
Don Zaloog
Elemental Hero Wildheart
Gearfried the Iron Knight x3
Gravekeeper's Spy x2
Hydrogeddon x3
Iron Blacksmith Kotetsu
Night Assailant
Sangan
Spirit Reaper
Treeborn Frog

Spells:
Book of Moon
Brain Control x2
Heavy Storm
Mystical Space Typhoon
Nobleman of Crossout
Premature Burial
Reinforcement of the Army x2
Scapegoat
Shrink x3
Smoke Grenade of the Thief
United We Stand

Traps:
Blast with Chain x2
Call of the Haunted
Ring of Destruction
Torrential Tribute

Since Gearfried is a Warrior, we might as well go toolbox of sorts with it. Wildheart is an aggressive choice, not fearing Traps, and Don Zaloog will benefit from the Shrinks. Airknight takes full advantage of the Shrinks already, and I've also gone with Hydrogeddon to work with them too. The Spies will help in tributing Airknight, not to mention keeping the opponent at bay long enough tor us to set up an assault.

Iron Blacksmith needed something to target, and with Snatch and Premature already available, we needed something else as an option. cuzwbd mentioned he had a Smoke Grenade on hand, and it will work well with Gearfried. We also have United We Stand as an option for the Blacksmith and will allow for a big push. The Blasts will also push through for extra damage, or catch an unsuspecting opponent. Allowing him to destroy something will also help push through an extra attack.

So there we have it... beatdown with a twist. It plays well as an aggressive deck, but also plays defense when needed. Now that we've linked these 2 monsters together, hopefully cuzwbd won't have any problems in having them fight side by side and dealing the opponent a big blast.
