situation:

player a:
summons giant orc and attacks with it. it is then changed to deffense position at the end of the battle phase. end turn.

player b:
activates change of heart to control giant orc.

question: can player b change its battle position? thanks!!!

Nope. You cannot change Giant Orc's position manually if you Change of Heart it on the turn after he attacked. The same would be true with Goblin Attack Force.

the reason why is because it has to wait 1 full turn.

How about Player B activates Change of Heart, then uses Book of Moon on Giant Orc to turn it face down for the reset, then (since it hasn't changed position yet) flip summons and attacks?
