Gigantes and other Special Sum. cards by removing a specific card from the graveyard

Can the turn player enter battle phase, attack with an inferior Earth monster, have the Earth monster sent to the graveyard, then use Gigantes effect to special summon it to the field (in the middle of battle phase), then attack with Gigantes during the same battle phase?

Gigantes - Rock - Earth - Level 4 - ATK 1900 - DEF 1300 - Effect - This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 EARTH monster in your Graveyard from play. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle, destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field.

Usually, you can't, but there are some exceptions:

- "Cyber Jar"
- "Morphing Jar #2"
- "Call of the Haunted"

And many more.

Basically, if you want to 'manually' summon a monster, it has to be in your Main Phase.

You can not special summon a monster by it's own effect except during one of your main phases.

You can special summon monsters by other card effects at any time that it is legal to activate the other card effect.

It can only be played during main phase one or two because it is a spell speed one. Also, it can only be special summoned by removing one earth from your graveyard so call of the haunted, morphing jar #2, ect. won't work.

Well, assuming it was already Special Summoned correctly, you could use "Call of the Haunted" or "Monster Reborn" to Special Summon it back to the field. Not "Morphing Jar #2" however (it would be sent to the Graveyard in that case)
