Gladiator Beast and Phantom of Chaos

If you copy a Gladiator Beast with Phantom of Chaos' effect, and you use the effect to send it back to the deck, is it able to bring a Gladiator Beast out with the copied effect? Or does it lose that effect when it goes back to the deck?

I believe that since it is a cost (that activates while on the field) you would beable to do so.

I'd say yes.

Considering how "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther" can use "Exiled Force"'s effect successfully, it looks like the effect will resolve as long as it was activated properly. "Phantom of Chaos"' pseudo-"Gladiator Beast" effect was activated properly, so it should resolve properly.
