if i atk with goblin atk force it switches to defence. if my opponent change of hearts can they change the battle position?

No, the position of "Goblin Attack Force" cannot be manually changed until after your next turn.

Goblin and Orc can not be changed that turn.  Spear dragon can because it only switchs to def. There is no turn count on it.

Because the turn in which "Pyro Clock of Destiny" continues as normal, "Giant Orc" and "Goblin Attack Force" are not affected by it.

Currently, the only cards that "Pyro Clock of Destiny" works with are "Swords of Revealing Light", "Lightforce Sword", and "Final Countdown".
