Good vs. Evil part 1 "“ Angels & Airwaves
Staggering and weary, a warrior from the land of Zera, prayed for help from the heavens, to save him from death so he may server the gods once again. Hearing this pleads The Agent of Judgment "“ Saturn came to this Warrior of Zera, saying "I will grant your wish lost warrior, but you must do something for us." "Anything" the warrior replied. "A dark being named the Terrorking Archfiend, he is the new general in the land of Pandemonium. I will transform you, and you will become the protector of our sanctuary. You will then lead our army and take down this new evil!" responded Saturn. Accepting the offer the Agent of Judgment "“ Saturn called up the power of the Sanctuary and transformed the warrior into a magnificent angel, the Archlord Zerato!
What is good and evil? If someone has a dark or pure heart, does that mean we can classify them as bad or good? Good and Evil, Dark vs. Light, they are battles that have been depicted in movies like Star Wars, books like Eragon, and now this battle has made its way to a card game, Yu-Gi-Oh!
With the release of Invasion of Chaos, the game of Yu-gi-oh changed, introducing us to "˜Chaos'. And then with the release of Ancient Sanctuary not to long after, fairies finally got there support, it didn't' make a huge impact, but introduced new strategies to all players.
When you may have opened your first Ancient Sanctuary pack you might have noticed a card by the name of Warrior of Zera, a normal monster with 1600 attack power, right there you won't think much of him because he doesn't have an effect, and also he is not searchable by any card except for Reinforcement of the Army. The only benefit this monster has is being a warrior. Combined with The Sanctuary in the Sky; the new fairy field card, or Pandemonium; a card released for archfiend support in the Dark Crises set, this monster can morph to be the most powerful fairy, or the most devastating fiend in the realm of Yu-Gi-Oh!

There are two types of field control when using this deck; one of them is destroying your opponents side of the field for your attacks to pull through. The deck has two key cards, the Warrior of Zera and The Sanctuary in the Sky, without them Archlord Zerato is just a dead draw; unless he is used as Reshef the Dark Being's summoning cost. Getting those two cards to your hand is very important for strategy to work. Since Warrior of Zera is a four star warrior you can get him to your hand quickly with Reinforcement of the Army. Also for an easy way to get The Sanctuary in the Sky to your hand, you will be using Terraforming.
Once you sacrifice Warrior of Zera with Sanctuary in the Sky on the field, you may summon Archlord Zerato. This angel has a unique effect that can seriously damage your opponent in battle. This is why we are utilizing Thunder Dragons effect to help out your Archlord Zerato. By sending Thunder Dragon from your hand to the graveyard you may search for two more Thunder Dragons from your deck and put them to your hand, giving you two light monsters to ditch for Archlord Zerato's effect.
The second and last type of field control is of course, using your opponent's monsters against him. With a monster that goes by the name of Reshef the Dark Being. Yes; a little harder to summon, but if used correctly can win you the game. Since Reshef the Dark Being is a ritual monster, you will be using three copies of Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands, a great source of speed to get either your Reshef the Dark Being to your hand or Final Ritual of the Ancients, plus Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands is a fairy so it gets back up for The Sanctuary in the Sky if it is destroyed.
The two deck masters of this deck are obviously Archlord Zerato and Reshef the Dark Being, Using three Archlord Zerato's might seem like your overdoing it, but if you manage to dead draw an Archlord Zerato than you can quickly use it as fodder for summoning Reshef the Dark Being, along with cards like Reinforcement of the Army and Terraforming if you already have the neccessary cards on the field. If you happen to get out both Reshef the Dark Being, Archlord Zerato, and a possible Solemn Judgment or My Body As A Shiled; when your opponent has low life count...lets say around 3000-5500 life points or close to that range then you might as well say GAME. Using Reshef the Dark Beings effect to steal a monster and then using Archlord Zeratos effect to then destroy your opponents remaining monsters is a goal that would be nice to accomplish; the Solemn Judgment or/and My Body as a Shield comes into play for protection in case your opponent tries to stick you with a Sakuretsu Armor or Bottomeless Trap Hole.
The final and one of the most efficient cards in this deck is a trap that goes by the name of Solemn Judgment. Whether it be negating a monster summon to protect your life points, negating a magic card that will destroy you or help your opponent, or finally negating that trap card that will take down your angel, this card will get the job done; but at a cost. The cost of half of your life points to do one of the above effects. Is it worth it; of course, if it means winning the game then yes, take advantage of this card and abuse its ability to the fullest.
