Gorz The Emissary of Darkness do you get a replay

hi guys this may have been answer once but if player A atks player B the player B plays Gorz The Emissary of Darkness for his hand do you get the reply when he is played or when this token comes out and if possable someone could give me the battle step sub steps.

Once you take "Battle Damage", you're already in the Damage Step. You don't get a replay once you enter the Damage Step, otherwise destruction of your own monster by battle would trigger a replay each time.
