Ok folks, let's do this thing again.

Monsters (21):

Breaker the Magical Warrior
Dekoichi the Battlechanted Locomotive
Gravekeeper's Assailant x3
Gravekeeper's Chief
Gravekeeper's Spear Soldier x3
Gravekeeper's Spy x3
Mobius the Frost Monarch x2
Mystic Tomato x2
Sangan
Spirit Reaper x2
Treeborn Frog
Tsukuyomi

Spells (16):
Book of Moon
Card Destruction
Giant Trunade
Graceful Charity
Heavy Storm
Mystical Space Typhoon
Necrovalley x3
Scapegoat
Smashing Ground x2
Snatch Steal
Terraforming

Traps (7):
Ceasefire
Deck Devastation Virus x2
Mirror Force
Rite of Spirit x2
Sakuretsu Armor x2

I stepped away from a GK deck for a while, because I hated it when I didn't pull a Valley when I needed it. So that's why I put in two Terraforming.

With the danger of two Crossout's running around these days, my GK Spies are still a target. I could use some tips on how to protect them properly, without losing too many cards (handwise).

Two Virusses (or was it Virii?) early in the game is cool, especially in my metagame where a few players play hand destruction with Don Zaloog and Spirit Reaper. It gets the lil' buggers out of the way...

So, let's hear it. Now what I dont like to hear is the "OMG over 40 cards!!" bull, alright? If you don't like it, there's a 'Back' button at the top of your browser.

C'mon now ... if you don't like the suggestions you get, just ignore them. There should be no need for that tone :D (Or at least make sure to add a smiley at the end if you were just being sarcastic -- remember, it's really hard to tell verbal inflection over the Internet!)

To stay on topic ... have you considered using Magician's Circle in here? Makes a fast deck even faster.

if u really want protection for ur GK spies..u could always use My Body as a Shield...but its a bit costly at 1500 lp..

You dont need the Terraformings for one, if your deck is stalling without it that means something is wrong with you as a player and not really the deck, I have played enough GKs to realize this.
I say this cause to me Terraforming is asking for the opponent to remove one of your 3 Necrovalleys especially if you play it quick in games 2 and 3. The other thing is that Dekoichi is just out of place, what is it gonna do for you really? Try Ceasefire for NoC, or Magic Drain to have some fun/versatility.

I find that interesting, to say the least...how is it my fault I don't pull a card, of which I don't know the location in the deck? I might bring down the Terra to one, but I need it.

Ok, that's your opninion...

Dekoichi is for card advantage (I need it when in a pinch) and for my opponent to waste a NoC on. Ceasefire is a helpful tip (save my Spy and give damage to boot).

OK, drop a Terra for Ceasefire...now what to take out for one or two Magician's Circles?

If you put 2 Circles in I would take out either Dekoichi or 1 Mystic Tom and add in IFL, you can end games with her fast since your opponent will usually have Breaker or Mof in there deck.
