Increase the ATK of a monster equipped with this card by 500 points. As long as this card remains on the field, monsters on your opponent's side of the field cannot change their battle positions.


does this means my opponent can't flip-up his monsters manually?

or does it just means he can't change from attack mode to defense mode and vice versa?

It means that they can't make any manual position changes, whether it be from defence to attack or vice-versa and whether the monster is face up or face down. As such they can't make any flip summons either.
