Ground Collapse vs. Dimension Hole

Dimensionhole temporarily prevents you from using a Monster Card Zone.

Ground Collapse prevents you from using two Monster Card Zones.

Both of those prevention effects are the same. So a Monster Card Zone could be banned from use by Dimensionhole and Ground Collapse at the same time. The only thing these two cards are preventing is the occupation of that zone by a monster, not the selection of that zone by an effect (that's not trying to place a monster there.)

That said if the monster Dimensionholed tries to return to a spot banned by Ground Collapse then it's destroyed at that moment by game mechanics.

No "Ground Collapse" couldn't target the spot that had a monster in it that is temporarily removed from play by "Dimensionhole". It CAN target the spot though that was occupied by a monster that was temporarily removed by "Interdimensional Matter Transporter" however (or "Strike Ninja" by using his effect).
Well, the monster removed with IMT wouldn't have to return to the spot it was in when removed from play, anyway

I find it odd that the term "cannot be used" is refering to any kind of use. I wonder though if they truley meant for dimesionhole to apply the same way?
