I'll set up the scenario for you, I'm playing my girlfriend and it is her turn. She summons Guardian Trice onto the field via the aide of a Soul Exchange to my Blue Eyes White Dragon then ends her turn. During my turn I activate Monster Reborn and summon my Blue Eyes back from the Graveyard and kill Trice...now what happens now that Trices effect wants to resolve? My Blue Eyes is back on the field, is he destroyed, does Trice's effect negate...?

This card can only be Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or Special Summoned when there is a "Twin Swords of Flashing Light- Tryce" on your side of the field. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. Special Summon the monster that was offered as a Tribute for this card.
The only part of the Graveyard is if Tryce himself hits it, however I've never known a card to have the ability to summon a monster already summoned which makes me wonder just how it works out.
