Gyzarus + Test Tiger

What will happen if I tribute Test Tiger and send Gyzarus to deck. I know that Gyzarus will be sent to Extra deck, but will I get to Special Summon GB from deck or not? Because technicali, Gyzarus did not reach the deck.

Being that the ruling bothers to mention where the monster goes:

[info2]If you target a "Gladiator Beast" Fusion Monster with "Test Tiger's" effect, it is placed into the Extra Deck when "Test Tiger's" effect resolves[/info2]

Seems to me if the second part of the effect didn't resolve they would have bothered to mention that.
