Hero City 2 - Skyscraper ruling

Hiya there, sorry to post this, but i haven't found this anywhere.

I have a face-up Stratos (for example) a he is destroyed in battle by Zaborg (for example) in opponent's turn.

In my turn, i play a Hero City 2 - Skycraper from my hand. Can i special summon the Stratos which was destroyed last turn (when the city was not active) with the city ?

As long as the hero was destroyed by battle then yes it can be brought back even if it was destroyed before skyscraper 2 was on the field.
