It's a good combo. The idea is that you get Wandering Mummy and Giant Axe Mummy on the field at the same time, thus making your opponent VERY iffy about attacking your F/D monsters. And if you run Pyramid Turtle, that is not difficult to do.

I had 1 but I replaced it with Grave Ohja. It was very helpful with Solemn Wishes but I figured I'd add Stealth Bird instead og Giant Soldier of Stone for some extra damage

Well, I ran something like this a while back. It was my heavily renown Borderline Control I posted on YGORealms. This doesnt have Borderlines, obviously. But it could still be a little better.

Drop random stuff. Please. Bubble Crash? I mean come on. Jank. =/

That's all you really need. Just drop stuff that doesn't fit and add better cards. Just wait until that Rock deck that was just released in Japan hits the US. =\
