Probably need some traps, not to mention a 40 card deck (just poking fun). Another LV up! and another LV6 would work nicely. BTW, battle me in the Inferno?

for a horus deck, this is the basic trap line-up;

3x Royal Decree
1x Call of the Haunted
1x Torrential Tribute

I've had some suggest that running torrential with three decrees is a bad choice, but it's worth playing due to the broken plays that it can potentially create.

(I typed up autocard for the cards, and didn't notice that it puts them in automatically until I viewed my post. that is the best feature I have EVER seen.)
 
you should use Level Turning in this deck, you'll be able to summon LV8 w/o going through all the hassle, downside your Opp. gets to draw 2 cards, also you only have 33 cards, I counted, add in 2 Royal Decrees, a Call of the Haunted, and a Torrential Tribute like everyone said and maybe add a Mystic Swordsman LV4 and LV6

That would be 41 with the add-on of these

2X Level Turning
2X Royal Decree
