3x Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6
1x Jinzo
2x Cyber Dragon
Level 4

2x Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer
2x Necro Gardna
2x Phantom of Chaos
Spells:
1x Premature Burial

1x Smashing Ground
1x Monster Reborn
1x Lightning Vortex
2x Shrink
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Brain Control
1x Heavy Storm
1x Nobleman of Crossout
2x Exchange
1x Sword of Revealing Light

2x Royal Decree
2x Karma Cut
1x Mirror Force
1x Mind Crush
1x Torrential Tribute
So this is the deck I'm currently using. It is centered around Horus Lock, but I tried not to rely on it to much. With the release of Phantom of Chaos I gained another way to bring Horus LV8 to the field, so I added Karma Cut to be able to dump LV6 from my hand and as an anti-meta card.I added Necro Gardna to work with it.
Winged Rhynos is pretty good with Royal Decree (So I can save him when he's about to be destroyed) and works very good when harrasing opponent. Cyber Dragon is here to provide tribute fodder for Horus and as beatstick.
Spells are mostly normal with exception of Exchange. I found it pretty good, because it gives me possiblity to stop opponent from destroying Horus with Exiled Force and like. Shrink is used with Horus LV4 and 6 (if it have to tackle Monarch or so).
You may think, that I ran too many Traps, considering that I run Decree also. But I don't get Decree so often, so I have to use defensive traps against big hitters to protect my small monsters, before I can get Horus out. Mind Crush works well with Exchange and pretty well, when you go against certain deck.
(I used it yesterday against my friend in tourney. He plays Six Samurai and I went first, set Mind Crush, some trap and Gardna. He was pretty happy about his starting hand, so I passed and after his draw, I flipped Mind Crush and called Grandmaster. Pretty risky, but I hit two of them ... Made my day)
I'm just in process of getting three Burden of the Mighty and I want to put them in this deck. I'm planning to either swap them with Shrink, or those Exchanges&Mind Crush.
So, do you see any changes that would make this deck better or made it work better? I will appreciate any feedback.
PS: I'm still not sure, if that Phantom of Chaos and Horus LV6 combo works, if it doesn't I will have to change this deck a bit ...
