Horus Lv4 vs Change of Heart

This question came across my board. I answered it as you keep it. Just wondering if I was wrong or not...Thanx.



Your opponent sets Horus LV4 then ends their turn. (musta been stupid I guess??)

Then, you activate change of heart and it goes through.  I get my opponents Horus LV4 face-down. If I flip it, would I get to keep it, or would I have to give it back to my opponent?

The card states that it cannot switch controllers while face-up....So?..what happens???

I believe you keep it, as once you turned it face up, it's effect now would make it yours and cancel out/negate the rest of CoH. I may be wrong, but I based it on the first line. Your, being the controller of the card at the time.

Am I wrong?

Yep you're right, since this card is the same as Blindly Loyal Goblin (well not exactly..), it does niet return to the original controller.
