Horus Lv8 vs Spiritualism

Hi,

If Player A has Horus Lv 8 on the field, Player B actives Spiritualism. Can Horus negate the activation of Spiritualism??

Based on the rulings from Spiritualism vs Spell Canceler you may activate Spiritualism when Horus LV8 is face up on the field and Horus LV8 will not be able to negate it's effect.
