Can you activate Last Will after one of your monsters is sent to the graveyard that turn?
For example. I summon, my opponent uses Torrential Tribute and then I activate last will to Special Summon another 1500 or lower ATK'er.
Is this allowed?

Last Will (normal magic)
You can only use this card's effect once, and only during this turn. When a monster on your side of the field is sent to your Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 monster with an ATK of 1500 points or less from your Deck. Then shuffle your Deck.
