Injection lily and Megamorph

Scenario:
Turn player with 1999 LP advantage over opponent.
Turn player, puts Injection Fairy Lily on field, and equips Megamorph.
Would Lily goto 200atk, then by attacking using Lilys effect by paying 2000LP would it increase to 6800 atk?

megamorph only alters the original ATK of a monster. Her ATK will be halved to 200 then when boosted the life points are paid megamorph makes the ATK 800 then 3000 ATK will be added for a total of 3800 as lilies effect doesnt alter the Original ATK
