If I use interdimensional on a card that have spell counters like skill dark and white magician royal magical library breaker cards like this does they lose their counter when they return to the field

All effects are reset when a monster card is removed from play (With a few exceptions like Twin-Headed Behemoth if he has already used his effect), so if you had Spell Counters on any cards, they would lose them.
