Interdimensional Matter Transporter

And this.....

I've a monster on my field; my opponent have 2 monster. My monster attack first moster of my opponent but he use Interdimensional Matter Transporter and remove the monster that i select for attack. Battle Phase end or can i select the other monster????

The number of monsters on the defending player's side of the field has changed in your scenario, this resets the battle step and you may choose a new target for attack.
