Iron Chain Coil

Does the ATK and DEF of Iron Chain Coil effects target revert back to the original ATK and DEF at the end of the turn, or does it continue to increment every turn it is on the field. Also, if it increments every turn, does it increment each players turn? Can it target itself for its effect?

The effect remains permanent until such time as the monster is destroyed or flipped face down.

The effect stacks so using the effect on the same monster twice will result in that monsters stats increasing by a cumulative total of 600.

Since its effect does not state that it cannot target itself and it is an iron chain monster it can target itself.

The effect is an Ignition Effect, and as such can only be used during its controller's turn.
