If Player A have a Monster Token (like Scapegoat or Trio Ojama) and a monster and Player B actives Creature Swap. Player A can give a Monster Token right?....or not..... ^_^;;;

Yes, they sure can! Usually the person giving the token will switch it to attack position before activating "Creature Swap" so they can run it over for massive damage...lol.
