This is my deck for Distiny Hero Diamond Dude cause I am going to abuse his effect like crazy take a look.

While I definitely see what you're trying to do, what happens if you can't keep Diamond Dude out long enough to be useful? You'll be left with a bunch of dead Spell cards. You'll need something to protect him, not just abuse him.

yeah you are right
 
Going to be as blunt as possible. Not going to work. I know everyone wants to try out Diamond Dude and unleash his broken effect to make cards more playable than they should be, but your Deck is just not going to work. You have too many cards in the Deck you are focusing on not to mention you have no shuffle cards. Too much of a luck factor, not enough of a payoff or stall to protect yourself.

My suggestion, either dump Water Dragon only because you use more than 2 Bonding - H2O but you are using 1 Water Dragon or add 1 more Water Dragon a 3rd Bonding - H2O. The only reason I am just not going to bother with this for my Water Dragon usage is because it takes away the entire reason I play the card. Cards to consider:

Magical Mallet X2-3
Reload X2-3
Big Eye X2-3
Pigeonholing Books of Spell
A Feather of the Phoenix X2-3

The reason I suggested A Feather of the Phoenix is because you do not have to worry about bad hands anymore or waiting to draw the right card at the right time. Just discard the Normal Spell Card you want to use and then select it as the card you want to return to the top of your Deck and poof hello instant Diamond Dude effect. Try to focus on 1-2 Mass Destruction type of stategies and you can go for whatever Draw Cards you need, but A Feather of the Phoenix is going to be staple for this Deck when people realize you can discard the Normal Spell Card and also have it be the card returned.
 
in addition to that, try d-shield, coming in the set with diamond dude, enemy of justice, it changes DD to defense mode and becomes an equip card to stop DD from being destroyed as a result of battle
